Oil change and broken cup holder Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Also had an issue with a cup holder after only owning the used 2018 Expedition for less than 6 months. Pros & cons Minor issues that weren’t relayed at time of call. Didn’t know I could bring my car in earlier than 730am & didn’t know a shuttle left at 730am. Shuttle service Was told on the phone that there was shuttle service. I was the told by the shuttle driver, when he drop me off, that he couldn’t do any more pickups Was told on the phone that there was shuttle service. I was the told by the shuttle driver, when he drop me off, that he couldn’t do any more pickups after 3 pm because he was booked. Don’t you have back ups? My digital speedometer reads 3 miles higher than my analog. I was told this is an acceptable range and that nothing could be done about it? How is that possible? When I went to pick up my truck at 5:30, there was only 1 person working the service counter and I had to sit and wait while the customer in front of me argued about not being able to pay with a check. Not a great first experience. More
