Preventative Maintenance Visit Second time in for service with my 2018 Ford Explorer. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I drive into a clean, covered "car lobby" and am met by Craig with the service tag in hand. When the oil change was complete, Craig found me in the front area with the keys in hand and completed service info. I was ready to go. I am more pleased with my decision to purchase the vehicle from Lake (Braeger) every time I visit. More

Oil change No matter when I’ve called, your service department always gets me in at my convenience. Change is not always good. So I bought my vehicle with the promise of $1 oil changes “for life”. Well now that the name has changed they decided to end that. I had no notice of So I bought my vehicle with the promise of $1 oil changes “for life”. Well now that the name has changed they decided to end that. I had no notice of this until I made an appt. early October when I was told September 1st was when it ended. No idea how much this would cost now. I would have expected a one last discounted service at least. So it went from $1 to $46. $46 for an oil change? That is EXCESSIVE. I just feel like service quality has gone down. No notice as to what your car may need coming up or really detailed whatever-point inspections like it used to be. I recommend going here because the facility is very nice and has plenty of space to wait in without being crowded by everyone else. More
