First Impressions I made this appointment as the first visit to this dealership as it is closer to my home than the dealership I had been using. I initially called roug I made this appointment as the first visit to this dealership as it is closer to my home than the dealership I had been using. I initially called roughly a week prior stating I would need general maintenance, plus a recall repair, and also a transmission fluid flush and would be in need of a loaner. When I arrived, I was told there was no loaner, which meant I had to skip the recall repair, and also skip the transmission fluid flush, as I couldn’t wait there for the service to be done. After about an hour the oil change was done and they also informed me I needed a new battery which I had them replace, and the service writer was courteous and polite and the dealership environment is very nice. However not having the loaner, after requesting one a week earlier was a disappointment and also prevented me from spending more money with the dealership. More

Very bore service I took both my car Ford Explorer and Chevy Tahoe for oil change and tire rotation and the Chevy Tahoe to get the oil change but never done the tire ro I took both my car Ford Explorer and Chevy Tahoe for oil change and tire rotation and the Chevy Tahoe to get the oil change but never done the tire rotation even has been paid for it and top of that I receive a coupon from the dealer for the oil change and tire rotation and every single time I go there they always come up with different a price is not a match More

Customer service training needed I generally see myself as a pleasant person. The way the gentleman at the service interacted we me was very unsettling. they made it right the credit card system crashed. we could not pay Saturday. closed Sunday. we were given a loaner car. when we picked up our car Monday it did no the credit card system crashed. we could not pay Saturday. closed Sunday. we were given a loaner car. when we picked up our car Monday it did not start. one call to Jessie and they made everything better than all right! all recalls fixed, free battery maintenance, and they even washed the car. AWESOME! More

Lake Ford-AMAZING Lake Ford is by far one of the best experiences I've had. It was my 2nd times there and both times were outstanding. The Customer Service Technician Lake Ford is by far one of the best experiences I've had. It was my 2nd times there and both times were outstanding. The Customer Service Technicians are knowledgable, friendly, and flexible. For example, I was suppose to come in for a recall notice, I added an oil change on at the last minute, and they squeezed in the extra time so I didn't have to make a separate trip back. Craig P.
