Worst service work I've ever seen. After multiple days of just letting my car sit in their lot after we had talked on the phone the mechanics did next to nothing to figure out the probl After multiple days of just letting my car sit in their lot after we had talked on the phone the mechanics did next to nothing to figure out the problem. On top of that they got locked out of the car and couldn't figure out how to get into it for 4 days. The problem with my car still isn't fixed but of course still had to pay over $100 for the absolute joke of service. More

Recall item was fixed on my car. Price for diagnostic test seemed a little high. Called around to a few other dealerships and they only charge $100 instead of $135. More

Running board This is the second or third time i have asked for my passenger side running board to be fixed. The other times I’ve been told that it was “ok”. This This is the second or third time i have asked for my passenger side running board to be fixed. The other times I’ve been told that it was “ok”. This time the running board mechanism was “lubricated” or something like that..... well two days later it is stuck once again in the down position. I have a ford dealership right around the corner of my house but have been loyal after buying my, and my two kids trucks there because john Studt is awesome. Service however may change to the place by my house. Sorry, but this is very frustrating..... More

Above and beyond I have been coming to Lake Ford for about 3 years and have always had a good experience. There is another Ford dealership closer to me but service doe I have been coming to Lake Ford for about 3 years and have always had a good experience. There is another Ford dealership closer to me but service does not compare to Lake Ford. Plus the renovation on the dealership is fantastic, very comfortable. Recently had a oil change and it took longer than expected. I was told there was no charge. I was very surprised and thankful. More
