I had set up an appointment for routine service on Fordpass. I arrived t the scheduled time and I was immediately greeted by a service advisor who had my paperwork within a few minutes. Brought in for oil change and new wipers. As soon as I pulled into the garage I was greeted by Caleb. He checked me in and got me settled. I got an oil change and everything that goes with it and they also installed new windshield wipers for me. And, of course, they washed my car which always makes me smile when I see it shining brightly. I'm pretty sure it was Craig that checked me out, pleasant and friendly as all the service people are. They even washed my car, which was a nice perk in the winter, you’d be surprised how many dealerships won’t wash your car with a basic oil change! I will definitely be bringing my car into Lake Ford for all of its routine maintenance. More
