JCRUZ19, You are absolutely correct, we have it noted that we did not rotate your tires as we did not want to charge you unnecessarily. During your visit we were able to determine that you were in need of 2 new tires, and the tires with the better remaining tread were already in the rear where we would have rotated them. We do apologize this message was not clearly conveyed. We did what we could to provide you with a positive service experience, and we welcome to speak with you further with any additional questions you may have regarding your visit.

I tried calling but no one could direct me to you for some reason and the call got dropped. Anyways, I am not going to make a big deal about it, although I just think dealerships such as Lake Ford is a rip off. I explained that the radio does not work and therefore wanted to see what could be done, and they still ended up charging me $150 to tell me the "diagnosis" that the radio isn't working and that it will cost another $750 to replace the radio.
