I dropped the truck off for oil change, tire rotation and to top off the coolant. Caleb called when it was done. All 3 items were done, truck was washed and windshield wash was even topped off. LAKE Ford has an awesome staff from sales to finance, service, and the body shop. My daughter just leased her 3rd car from there and I leased my 4th. 2017 Explorer ran into engine issues. The first suggested fix did not end up fixing the issue. They ended up keeping the vehicle and provided us a loaner till they were able to properly diagnose the root ca fix did not end up fixing the issue. They ended up keeping the vehicle and provided us a loaner till they were able to properly diagnose the root cause. Failure ended up being under warranty and they even refunded the charge for the original solution that didn’t correct the issue that was not under warranty. great people working the service counter.
