Service was exceptional and facility was immaculate. Social distancing was easily done. Was able to get an appointment same day. Caleb was very helpful and took care of all my concerns. The other thing I liked about is that they didn’t come back with a thousand other things that were wrong and need to be replaced. Would recommend Lake Ford to friends and family to do business with. I left my vehicle there for service and they kept me posted on the status of my vehicle via text messaging. They did all my updates and then washed my vehicle without being asked to. The service staff is friendly and helpful. I can't say that I would use the service department very regularly because the cost is very high--sometimes much higher than other places. I needed a new batter that I would use the service department very regularly because the cost is very high--sometimes much higher than other places. I needed a new battery and paid $180 when I could have gotten it done for just the battery cost at auto zone or battery plus. Also not a fan that it would cost a minimum of $135 just to have issue with my car looked at per the service advisor. I love my Ford Escape and I plan to buy another at some point, but unless things change (like a loyalty program for customer's who purchase their vehicle from that location) I will take my vehicle elsewhere for services. More

Ranger's First Service Appointment Dropped my new Ranger for it's first service. Pulled into Lake's clean, weatherproof vehicle reception and turned the keys over. Caleb was friendly as usual and specifically asked if there was anything additional. Since the truck was new nothing additional, but I especially like being asked. I have purchased my last two vehicles from Lake Ford. I have nothing but compliments for their entire organization. Caleb is very representative of Lake's friendly, qualified staff. More

Prior to making an appointment with Lake Ford I had one with a different dealership who quoted me a price $85.00 less for the diagnosis than Lake Ford did but after doing further research I cancelled my pr with a different dealership who quoted me a price $85.00 less for the diagnosis than Lake Ford did but after doing further research I cancelled my previous appointment and made one with Lake Ford dispite the higher price involved. But the main reason I chose Lake Ford was that I could drop my vehicle off the night before my appointment when I could arrange a ride to get back home. More
