They tell me what service the car is due for and ask my permission to do it. When finished, my car is washed and ready in a timely manner. It's great to come in to Lake for service. More

I was very please with the over all experience. Being from out of town it was very nice to have a ford dealer I could count on and that I didn’t feel I was getting taken advantage of. Craig was up front from out of town it was very nice to have a ford dealer I could count on and that I didn’t feel I was getting taken advantage of. Craig was up front in the repairs and different things that could happen. I was disappointed that I asked for expedited service on parts but they didn’t get there till a day later. Craig took care of that on the final bill so no complaints. More
