He seemed like he was annoyed with me and didn’t want to answer my questions. I got my car at this dealership less then a year ago and know it’s in warranty so of course I have questions about all of the ch answer my questions. I called about my cats issues right after I got it and was never helped and told not to worry about it, then I bring it in again months later for the same issue and all of a sudden it costs me $190, and the. An extra $215 to the other issue fixed. I shouldn’t have been ignored when I bought my car there then and it should have been fixed right away. I guess I learned my lesson for waiting and listening to them. My other issue wasn’t even resolved and told there was nothing wrong. If I have questions about why I’m being charged something don’t get short and snippy with me. I need to know where and why my money is going somewhere. I also was never informed it was going to cost $190 I was expecting half that price. Before you charge someone for something you do you need to call them to confirm that price is okay instead of waiting until they come to pick up their car and it’s too late. It took two days to even receive a call back about what was going on. Last time I’ll take my car here or buy a car here for that matter. More
When we brought our vehicle in for a auto body repair, we were given an estimate. When we dropped off the vehicle for the repair, the technician noted that the quote was for the wrong vehicle type and that were given an estimate. When we dropped off the vehicle for the repair, the technician noted that the quote was for the wrong vehicle type and that the price would be $1600.00 more than the original estimate. When I spoke we the manager, she stated that the price was an "estimate" since they may encounter unforeseen issues. Though I understand how additional costs may occur based on unforeseen issues, I do not understand how quoting the price based on an error in your estimate (vehicle type) constitutes an "unforeseen" issue. This show a total lack of integrity on the part of your team. More
Service was good and quick! I felt uncomfortable though because a number of the employees did not have masks covering their faces. They had them under their chins or none at all. When I asked about this I was told that their human resources department told them they did not have to have masks on if they were 6 feet apart. I believe that is contrary to state law in Wisconsin. Additionally, if a customer mentions this and is obviously uncomfortable you would think that they would put their masks on. More

I did not buy my two Ford vehicles from Lake Ford, but have been utilizing their service department and finding it better than the dealers i bought my vehicles from. I will definitely continue to use them have been utilizing their service department and finding it better than the dealers i bought my vehicles from. I will definitely continue to use them in the future as they know how to run a service department. More
