My experience was beyond a nightmare. My engine blew out back in April 2022, which was covered under the power train warranty. I reached out NUMEROUS times, attempting to get a loaner car until my car was done being repair, which was also covered with the warranty. From April - June I was without any transportation, and had to take Uber to work everyday, spending at least $60.00/per day. I still have yet to hear anything back about being compensated for the hardship I went through because of FORD. I do not recommend not only the dealership but the company Ford itself. More
My daughters 2014 Ford Focus service transmission message was displayed. So I took it to the service department and explained the problem to the service advisor. I left the car there on Tuesday July 5th 202 was displayed. So I took it to the service department and explained the problem to the service advisor. I left the car there on Tuesday July 5th 2022 to be checked. I got a call on Tuesday July 12th 2022 7 DAY’S LATER from the service advisor saying that the problem was the TCM and it was replaced at no charge because it was under warranty due to manufacture defects. The service advisor said the car was driven after the repair and all was ok. So I left the dealership and not 5 minutes after leaving the dealership the car started hesitating and not accelerating. I immediately called them and they told me to bring it back to have it checked again. The manager said sorry and they’ll take care of it. I specifically took the car in because of a transmission problem. Is it true you would have to tear the transmission apart to see if the clutch is bad? Even though all the tell tale signs we’re there? Like hesitation, no acceleration and so on? Well we’re out of luck because the 2 year warranty from the first time the clutch assembly was installed expired. I’ll have to pay twenty something hundred dollars to find out. Please understand it’s not about the cost to us it’s about being honest and fair. That’s all More

Unorganized and lack of communication amongst staff and with customer. App that states status was never updated properly. I drove to the dealership 5 separate times to pick up my car only to find out that with customer. App that states status was never updated properly. Horrible service with little empathy for customer - especially when gas is so expensive driving 20 minutes one way 5 times was a lot to ask of a customer. More
We love Lake Ford they are always there when we need them in a hurry. They are very fast with getting the job done and returning our vehicle in a timely manner knowing we have a family we have to run around in a hurry. Average service this time it seems some communication was lacking. I had to call them at 4:00 pm after dropping the vehicle off at 8:00 am to see when I could pick it up. Finally took delivery of my 2022 Bronco on 7/15. Lake Ford was excellent! This was a very long process from reservation, to order, to all kinds of production delays that plagued the rollout of thi Lake Ford was excellent! None of this was the dealers fault, and far out of their control, however Lake Ford, and my salesman Alec VanHecker, were honest, communicative, and helpful. They not only honored agreed pricing, but gave me the rebate Ford offered for customers frustrated by delays, and a few really nice gifts that were totally unexpected. I'm 100% happy with my purchase experience! More
