Recall was performed. My SUV broke down and almost flipped due to rear toe links recall, the service representative promised me a reimbursement for the tow truck. Only to be told that wasn’t an option after my repair. Poor communication and lack of empathy from them just because it’s a recall and I’m not spending any money towards their commission. Probably would have been treated better if I was spending thousands of dollars. More
