I have to say this is the first time I have written an online review. In this case it is so well deserved I don't mind taking the time to do it. My overall experience with this dealership was great. Jesse Butler my sales person bent over backwards to assist me. He took me to all three of there dealerships to help me find exactly what I wanted. I have never experienced such a thorough, understandable, and patient salesman before. I didn't feel pressured once to commit to something I did/didn't want. And on top of that he got me exactly what I wanted for my trade/financing. I haven't really had to deal with the service department for a mechanical repair, but I did take it in the day after I brought my car home to have the key code reset. I felt like I was there top priority and on top of that the service was on the house!!! Dealing with this dealership is like a breath of fresh air! I don't think it gets much better than that....10 stars!!!!! More

Everything went very smoothly. I know what car I wanted going in, so they didn't have much work to do :) He let me test drive the car right away, even though it was right before closing time when I went in going in, so they didn't have much work to do :) He let me test drive the car right away, even though it was right before closing time when I went in for the first time. Great experience. Answered my questions directly. No pressure sales tactics. Followed through on repair work. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Only "issue" was that they wouldn't take my financing (t pressure sales tactics. Followed through on repair work. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Only "issue" was that they wouldn't take my financing (they said it was a hassle) and I ended up taking the financing they found (at a significantly higher interest rate) just to get the car (it was a great deal). I'll have to refinance at the lower interest rate that I previously obtained. That said, they also went out of their way to try to find financing close to the terms of the financing I obtained--and with a recent divorce and bankruptcy, that wasn't easy. More
