The service was amazing! ! Alec came all the way out, about 30 min, just to pick me up to look at cars!! Everyone was hospitable and friendly! The only thing I would've done d ! I did feel rushed a bit. I felt like they knew sumin was wrong with the car they were selling me and just wanted it off the lot lol idk why. I needed to be more assertive and that's not all their fault for sure. Alisa had a very smooth schpeal about everything and she was very knowledgeable and friendly! Everyone I interacted with at Lake Ford was amazing!!! Car is still running well team!! Thanks again for everything!! They managed to make things work with MY budget!!... they're good!!! More

They sold me a 2020 for Explorer with transmission issues, cabin pressure issues….etc.Then they are trying to talk me into keeping the vehicle. I only had it for a month and a half.I will DEFINITELY n issues, cabin pressure issues….etc.Then they are trying to talk me into keeping the vehicle.
