I was extremely pleased with my overall experience at Braeger Ford. I drove there from over 2 hours away because I was interested in a car I had seen on the internet and because of how promptly Nick had Braeger Ford. He was both courteous and imformative and was a pleasure to deal with. Dan the sales manager was equally as easy to deal with. To tell the the truth, the rest of the staff that were on hand were friendly and helped keep the atmosphere light. I never really love spending money, but my car buying experience there was a 10. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More

My wife loves her new "truck" and before I couldn't get her to drive anything larger than the Taurus. I called Braeger in the evening just before closing and talked with Nick Burkee. He was very helpful and listen to my questions. He then suggested that I come in the next day at 10:00am and meet with Kyle talked with Nick Burkee. He was very helpful and listen to my questions. He then suggested that I come in the next day at 10:00am and meet with Kyle Serwatka. The next morning I came in and met Kyle. I talked with him and then he introduced me to Rob Kamholz. Kyle gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. Rob answered all my questions and let me take a test drive in the Fussion. I then went home to get my wife and bring her to the dealership and they again treated us very well. We decided on the color and options. They set an appointment for the following morning to sign the papers and pick-up our new car. The next morning we met with Heather Kruse, the Finance Manager, and did all the paperwork. Rob took us to the car helped us load the phone into the Sync system, answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant car buying experience, the best I have ever had. I would recommend Braeger Ford to anyone who wants a pleasant no pressure car buying experience. More

Went to Braeger because they had the inventory that I wanted. They had the lowest advertised price around, but now I know why. Their customer service was the worst I've seen from a new car purchase per wanted. They had the lowest advertised price around, but now I know why. Their customer service was the worst I've seen from a new car purchase perspective. Luis was the salesperson that I first dealt with, and he was the one I negotiated the price with, along with Dan. Once we came to an agreement, I never saw Luis again. We were introduced to Santiago, who then took over because Luis was too busy. Santiago then went through the checklist of things that we needed to bring to the delivery appointment. He told us that we needed to bring everything on the list, from personal references to electric and phone bills, even though very little of that was necessary. The delivery appointment was scheduled for a Saturday at 11am. We arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes prior to our appointment, but had to wait until 11:15 to finally visit with Santiago, who was again filling in for Luis, who was too busy again with someone/something else. Santiago demanded that I call my insurance company to get a proof of insurance setup and faxed to the dealership before I ever got to the point of even discussing the financing. While on the phone with my insurance company, I had to provide them with the VIN. First, I had to track down Santiago, who was with another customer. Then, Santiago did not have it prepared and had to run out to the vehicle to copy the VIN. After that was done, we finally got to talk to the finance manager. She told me the rate and the credit union that the loan was setup for. I wasn't happy with the choice because I knew I could get a lower rate through my primary credit union. She then agreed to lower the rate to 0.01% below that, and when I said it wasn't worth it, she "found" that she could lower the rate another 0.5%. Knowing that the rate is flexible is something I'll remember for future purchases. After we finished up with the finances, we went back to Luis' office, but had Santiago go through the delivery process as best as he could, but it seemed like it was rushed and not well prepared. Finally, when we went out to the new vehicle, I noticed that the license plates were transferred from my trade, but that the front plate was not installed in the frame correctly, and the rear plate didn't even have a frame. I know it's just a small thing, but the lack of attention to detail was just another example of how the customer service was sorely lacking. After we drove home with the new vehicle, a couple hours later, Luis called because he could not find the keys to my trade. Because the delivery process was so disjointed, I had left the keys to the trade in my pocket - Santiago had never asked for them. At least Santiago made the trip to my house to pick up the keys. EDIT: Since my initial review above, Nick Burkee stepped up and apologized for the poor customer service during the sales/delivery process. He admitted they made some mistakes and let me know that as a result of my experience, that they have changed the delivery appointments so a sales person has more time to spend with the customer. He exemplified the customer service that I expected. More
