I drove from Waukesha to buy a Ford Fusion at Braeger because they were the cheapest dealer. Chris was very accomidating when test driving the vehicles and had a great knowledge of the Fusion. Everything from me first seeing my like new 2011 Ford Fusion SEL online to driving it off the lot, went so smooth. They dont give any detail on their answers. They will tell you what can be done and what cant but not "Why." They make mistakes and dont admit to them. I will never purchase another car from this dealership and advise others to do the same, if people want to save money and be helped with car troubles when needed, than I will advise them NOT to go to Ford Braeger. It may seem like I am upset. But I am not because I should have seen this coming when dealing with this dealership. My car was purchased with completely bald tires and deflates after driving. I have only owned this car for 3 months. With barely any driving and miles added on. If The Tires were good and passed inspection before I purchased it than why are the tires so dangerous after only 3 months. After I fill the Tires up to 44 PSI, after a week all 4 tires will be down to 20 PSI. There are no holes in the tires. This is extremely dangerous depending on weather. There were also a couple other things that were going wrong with the car after a couple weeks of ownership. I Thank You Ford for allowing me not to make the mistake of buying another car from your dealership in the future. I will be going to Nissan for now my future purchases. More

Their customer service was above and beyond as they were able to show us the vehicles that we were interested in, answered our questions, and also gave us the time we needed to make a no pressure decision about our vehicle purchase. Do not waste your time like we did going from dealer to dealer looking for value. We were able to do a one stop shop at Braeger Ford. Well, I went for my Lifetime $1.00 oil change, which was explained to me at the time that I bought my new 2008 Chevy Impala, March 24, 2008, LIFETIME meant LIFETIME. I asked my sales rep. Adam Karowski if h explained to me at the time that I bought my new 2008 Chevy Impala, March 24, 2008, LIFETIME meant LIFETIME. I asked my sales rep. Adam Karowski if he knew what a commitment that LIFETIME was? "As I drive my cars for a long time if I like them", he said, "Yes, we at Braeger offer this service to all new car buyers". Well, last week, June 20, 2012, the LIFETIME ENDED. So though disappointed and distressed, the service is and has always been speedy and efficient. So, though I lost my GM stock in the great depression of 2008, and though My OIL CHANGE LIFETIME has expired, I do like the guys at Braeger. Bob Braeger, was a close friend, I used to see him on a daily basis after he retired, and would some days spend hours talking with him. He's one reason I chose Braeger. He passed several years ago, but left me with a good impression, and so I continue to use Braeger Chevrolet for my service needs. Scott Hansen is always in a good mood, when I see my salesman, Adam, he always has a hello for me. More

I also believe he and his manager worked hard to get to an acceptable price to me Heather was excellent in explaining the financing and extended warranties. My wife and I felt like she wasn't trying to over-sell us something we didn't need. Overall, a very pleasant, excellent buying experience. I feel like they were looking out for our best interests. I would highly recommend this dealership. I am also very pleased with the 2012 Ford Flex we bought. A great vehicle, and a lot of car for the price. Kudos to Ford for producing a great product. More
