In response to the above dealerrater review I want to start off by apologizing on our end for the mistakes that occured as well as any miscommunication. Once we were informed about the concerns we invited the customer in and repaired both leaks at no charge to the customer. I have extended another opportunity to the customer to bring the vehicle back if the leaks have indeed returned at no cost to the consumer. We stand behind our product and service and will always rectify any issues that we may have missed in error. We are the Wisconsin Dealer rater Ford dealer of the Year for 2012 and have the second most reviews out of any Ford dealer in the state of Wisconsin totaling 153 reviews and averaging an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 customer satisfaction. We as an orginization understand that mistakes and errors will happen time to time on our part but will promise to be there to rectify those issues if they occur in a professional and timely manner.
