I had recently purchased a Mazda at Braeger Ford. My car buying experience went well although I had a few issues with getting a spare key for the vehicle. I had a great experience at Braeger, for three major reasons. First, Shane went above and beyond staying late one evening getting me the information and pictures I needed to see if the truck I was inte reasons. He was also great in helping me through the sales process the next day when I arrived. Nick was also great, he helped me through the whole process from internet browsing, until I pulled of the lot... he had to put up with a million questions, and always had or found the right answers. Heather in the finance department made spending that much money almost fun... In all honesty she was great and made the financing part (usually the worst part) amazingly painless. The only draw back, is that I have to return for a couple of small repairs at a later date, but that was of no fault to the great sales team that assisted me. More

I purchased a 2012 ford focus. My sales consultant was Rik Emerick. He was an EXCELLENT sales person. I went to dealership expecting a pushy salesperson trying to pressure me into a sales. Rik came out and immediately greeted my sister and I. He found out what i was looking for and showed me several cars despite the terrible weather. I didnt purchase right away and went to other dealers to price compare. However, I returned to breager because Rik was extremely patient even though i was very picky. He also listened to what i wanted in a vehicle and didnt waste my time showing me vehicles that didnt match my needs. I have car shopped in the past and those experiences were tragic ! Nothing like my experience at breager. Rik made me feel comfortable and not like a number. He was an amazing salesperson and I would continue to refer my friends and family to him. I was very happy with how prompt and professional things were. My wife and I had spent the better part of a year hunting for a car that would be a good fit for our needs. As such we went to several dealers and looked into a few brands. I personally visited every ford dealer in the Milwaukee metro area even driving towards Madison for a test drive once. That said every salesman needs to make ends meat these days and Nick was not in the least bit pushy. He knew we wanted a Ford and let the car sell itself focusing more on personalizing the experience for us and making sure we knew all our options and budgeting solutions before making our choice. He made great use of his resources at the Dealership to help partner us with all the right folks to help with our trade in and purchase. He really went the extra mile with follow up calls and check ins to make sure everything was going well after we left the lot. I was so impressed I returned to work and made sure any of my co-workers looking for fords knew my experience and came to this dealership even though there is one right up the road from us. Coming from the service industry I'd highly recommend this dealership and Nick. More
