An apology for how I feel? The letter above that I wrote to 3 of your top executives and this review had nothing to do with my feelings. It was strictly a factual account of my experience at your dealership. Braeger you failed several times at customer service. First your staff and a member of management was aware of how Nick Burkee spoke to me and you failed to address this before I even left your dealership. Secondly, after I sent a written account of the events to 3 of your top executives, they failed to respond after an entire month. It is obvious now that your lack of customer service starts at the top. Third, when after less than 24 hours I had a concern about my vehicle, I was told by your salesman that he would get back to me about a resolution, I have heard nothing. It is only now when the events of our relationship may be made public are you willing to respond.

We finally got a call back from the dealership (only after writing this review), we had to talk w/several different people but finally got an appointment set up to have the issues addressed. While I won't go into detail b/c I don't have enough room or time, the complete process from beginning (sale) to end was VERY disappointing...from the moment I walked into the door on the day of the appointment (which they didn't even have me down for in their computer!!!) to the meeting of the Service "manager". The problem was eventually diagnosed and fixed, Nick Burkee tried to smooth over the situation with a pep talk and a few 'perks' which calmed me down a little. Being in customer service myself, I know how it is suppose to work, and I understand people having "a bad day" but this was just total lack of communication, lack of customer service, and just plain rudeness. It was not only one day, but from 9.2.13 to 10.31.13. In the end the issues were fixed, we got new front brakes, a half of tank of gas and my car interior detailed (which they owed me anyway after finding FOOD under the back seat when they were suppose to have detailed it the day we picked it up after sale...I spent 4 hours of MY time detailing it!). I wish I could say I feel better about the whole situation, but I don't, I am still shocked. I work for a prominent Wisconsin Independent Insurance Agency, we have numerous offices state wide, guess what my insured's buy? Yes, Cars...hmmmm...wonder if I would ever recommend Braeger??? On top of all this, I have now gotten three phone calls to respond to this negative review, close it out, make it right, whatever they want me to do....how does it feel to have to WAIT for something? I was very tempted to never respond & ignore calls as they did.

Are we perfect? No. Do we try? Yes, as evidence of our hundreds and hundreds of positive reviews Kristy. We receive very, very few complaints from our customers due to our incredible customer service, but we do make mistakes, we are human. We did apologize, we did offer perks and try to make it up to you as best as we could. There are very few companies that can boast of the customer satisfaction marks that Braeger Ford receives year after year, and for that we are very proud. Braeger Ford is one of the largest Ford dealers in the state of Wisconsin, and as a prominent Ford dealer, we take our reputation very seriously. Hopefully we can use this situation as a lesson in how to make our great customer service even better...I thank you for bringing this matter to everyones attention Kristy.
