I went to braeger In search of a new used car. I. I called first to make sure the vehicle I was interested was still there. Upon arriving Nick had the vehicle pulled up and running which was nice since it was negative 20 that day. We test drove the car, and reviewed all the specs. Everything looked good, but it was time for the always feared negotiation. Nick honestly made this the easiest, most pain free experience I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. Needless to say I purchased and am very happy with my car. Today for the first time after buying a car my salesperson followed up just to make sure everything was still going great. Great experience with Ford. Dale Hirt was the sales employee that I worked with and he was so nice and helpful. He kept in contact with me the entire process and did everything he could to make me happ employee that I worked with and he was so nice and helpful. If I have any questions about the car in the future I wont be afraid to call him and I know I will be taken care of. This is my second car from this dealership, I will definitely continue to lease my cars through them and will be working with Dale each time! Our experience at Braeger was really incredible! Our sales consultant, Dan Wisniewski, was extremely knowledgable about the car we were looking at. He patiently explained much of the new technology in the Ford Fusion hybrid to us without making us feel overwhelmed or incompetent! He wasn't overly-aggressive about selling us a car(which is my husband's pet peeve at other dealerships!) and the sales manager worked with us until we found the monthly payment we knew we could afford. Dan even went the extra mile to find the Fusion we wanted in the color we were originally looking for after we had already agreed to another color. I have been in the service center three times since purchasing a 2012 Focus at the beginning of November and they have been nothing but fantastic. The first time was for a scheduled check up after havi purchasing a 2012 Focus at the beginning of November and they have been nothing but fantastic. The first time was for a scheduled check up after having the car for a month - everything went great EXCEPT my salesman hadn't ordered my replacement key - sales dropped the ball but Peter took it on himself to make sure the key got ordered. The second time I was in was to replace my windshield that had cracked. When I bought the car there was a chip in the windshield that my salesman said was "no big deal", but he promised to get it taken care of when I kept asking him about it - but he never did. When I arrived to have the windshield replaced and sales had, yet again, failed to do their part (they needed to do some internal paperwork because it wasn't something I was being billed for) but Peter stepped up and made sure my car got the new windshield. The third time I was in was last week after my battery died. Since I had owned the car for less than 3 months (and the car is only 2 1/2 years old), Jessie replaced my battery free of charge. Everyone I have dealt with in the Service Department at Braeger has been great - always friendly (even when I really wasn't). I will gladly bring my car back (which hopefully won't be for a very, very long time). More
