About thirty years ago, I purchased a car from this dealership and was disappointed in the service and felt pressured in buying the vehicle. Because of the terrible treatment, I vowed that I would not return to this dealership. Recently I was involved in a car accident and I went to my bank to inquire about a auto loan. The manager of the bank told me that he had recently purchased a vehicle at Braeger and that he felt he received a great deal. When I informed him about my experience years ago, he told me that it was under new management and that he personally knew the new owner and gave me a referral. I decided to give it a try. When I arrived there, Chris Bernard set me up with a salesman Tony Ismajli. Tony showed a 2012 Ford Escape XLT Black in color that was available. I test drove it and liked the car and had the accessories that I wanted. Tony worked with me on the deal. Then the Sales Manager Nick Burkee offered me a price that I felt was fair. I couldn't let this deal pass me up. Kelly Kaminski from finance was very helpful and explained everything to me regarding the transaction. My experience was positive and totally different than what happened thirty years ago. I will recommend this dealership. More

Thought I was getting a very solid deal till I found out several problems with the car in the days after taking it home. I thought it would be no problem as the salesman said they stand by their reputation several problems with the car in the days after taking it home. I thought it would be no problem as the salesman said they stand by their reputation and do everything they can to make things right on recent sales if the customer finds problems with the car shortly after buying. Took it in to have the items looked at they wouldn't fix any of them for free and I even offered to pay their cost for parts but they just stopped getting back to me after saying they would ask the sales management and let me know. More
