Hands down the best car bying experience I've had. First of all, after a LOT of research, I found that Braeger Ford offered the best price for what I was looking for. I live 40 miles north of this dealership, but the trip was worth it. I tried to work with the local dealership in my town, and I would have loved to not have to drive that far for a great deal, but they just couldn't touch the deal that Braeger had on the vehicle I was looking for. I worked with Dave Barth and he was extremely accommodating. He made the process very easy and went above and beyond when the additional third party window tinting we ordered fell through for the pick up date of the car. He rescheduled the window tinting and then drove all the way to West Bend while we were at work to pick up the car, drove it back down to Milwaukee to get it tinted, and back up to West Bend with a full tank of gas. I can't think of another sales person who would have gone to all of that trouble. I would definitely buy another car from Braeger. I got a GREAT trade-in on my old vehicle and I was able to walk away from this sale with exactly what I wanted with a price that was unmatched. I'm sending more people Dave's way, for sure. Nick and the sales team at Braeger were extremely professional and polite and made the experience very easy and stress free. I am personally not a big fan of car salespeople who tell you "this is the car you need" or "this car has all the features for you" without even knowing what I want.
