Ryan was very professional in our dealings and has even f I purchased a used 2014 Ford Taurus from Braeger Ford and Ryan Heine back in April of 2015. Ryan was very professional in our dealings and has even followed up 3 or 4 times to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. He also remembered my wife was interested in upgrading her Ford Edge to a 2015 model and has kept me updated with their inventory on 2015 Ford Edge's. Ryan is a very professional sales person with unmatched follow through after the sale. I've recommended and will continue to recommend Ryan to others. More

Easy and Fast! Braeger Ford was great to work with. We had come in to test drive a car I had researched on-line. The car was ready for us and Ryan answered all of my Braeger Ford was great to work with. We had come in to test drive a car I had researched on-line. We were able to finish the pre-approval process that night and come back the next day to do the trade in and bring the car home with just an hour of paperwork! More

Awesome experience Working with Dale Hirt was awesome. He made the car buying experience very pleasurable along with everyone in the dealership including the young lady Working with Dale Hirt was awesome. He made the car buying experience very pleasurable along with everyone in the dealership including the young lady in the finance department. We were to several other dealerships before Braeger & Dale was the only sales person that offered to order us a new Edge with exactly what we wanted and stayed the price range we wanted to be in. He also followed through on everything he said he would do and that hasn't always been the case with past car buying experiences. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Dale & Braeger to anyone, and we will be back. More

Great customer service From the start of the process they made me feel comfortable. They seemed to know a lot about the trucks.
