Promise of manager (Dan McKnight) to "take care of me" in the future (spray in bed liner, oil changes or other ways) at the time delivery (in an effort to have me NOT back out of the transaction) was not fulfilled and i stopped trying after several calls not being returned and being generally ignored. had prior experiences that were good with dealer, this one left a bad taste. I will no longer waste my time. too many others that want to earn business. More
