Extremely Accomodating Salesrep ! I'll never forget the day of our new car purchase. We had just returned back from vacation. Time was of essence since the featured rebate was expiring that day. Though the plan was for this car to be mine, since I picked it, guess who drives it everyday, my husband ! LOL Dale continues to go the extra mile every time my husband stops in for a car wash, though at the time we are not in the market for another new vehicle. Very informative however not pleased with results Gena was very informative on my rust issue quarter panel Ford Escape 2012 however, Ford's policy would not repair the issue at no charge.
