Love my new used car My 2001 Toyota Highlander had seen better days and I was looking to replace it with a new one, however after test driving a new used 2013 Ford Edge th My 2001 Toyota Highlander had seen better days and I was looking to replace it with a new one, however after test driving a new used 2013 Ford Edge the ride and the interior space was comparable to my old Toyota. Rik was attentive and helpful in the purchasing transaction, but what really stood out was the fact that after I had driven my new Ford for less than a month a strange sound was coming from my brakes every time I would come to a hard stop. No worries though, we took the vehicle back to Ford and they checked out the Brakes. Rik was instrumental in having the bad brakes replaced with new brakes-no charge. We appreciated the quick response on the dealerships part and the length to which they went to make a customer happy. Thanks again for being so customer service orientated. We will come back to you for our next vehicle when ready. More
