Braeger delivered on what they promised. Brian was a friendly and personable salesman. Dan promised that the auto body shop in-house would buff up and restore the headlights which had discolored and hazed to near-perfect condition. He also promised that a swirling mar in the clear coat would disappear and be to my satisfaction after the body shop buffed it prior to delivery. It was just like he promised when we came to pick up the car! It was nice not to have to compromise or settle because someone promised more than he could deliver. Great job, Braeger Ford! More

The showroom is clean and very stylish (you can tell a women had a hand in the decorating!) The salesmen that answered our phone call was busy with another client when we arrived. So we were greeted by Ryan and he took very good care of us. He explained the Ford Tauras's accessories extremely well. He spoke with confidence but was still able to have a good time doing it. Ryan has a nice sense of humor. He worked with us on price and we feel that we got a great deal for the car. The finance managers, Corey Herrington and Nick Strickling, were also confident and knowledgeable. They explained the financing and additional services very well. Everyone at Braegar Ford was a delight to deal with and we will definitely return (even though we are from Chicago). More
