Unethical A situation came up where i had to buy a car that I wasn't expecting too. I called about this car, and was told it was available. I came up, and we took a test drive with the AC on and windows open. I told Fred the car was for me and my pregnant wife. He failed to tell me that the car was originally owned by a smoker and didn't make me aware of it. Then later had the car detailed and covered up with A LOT of air freshener, so with the test drive being set up the way it was, and then the detailing, the smell didn't come up til later. When I called him and told him I think the car may have been owned by a smoker, and he responded that he knew it was but didn't want to say anything because he was looking for the sale. They did give me an air filter change, but that's a band-aid covering up a gash. I understand that a sales job is about making money, but sometimes ethics need to play a factor. I mentioned immediately this was for me and my pregnant wife, and not she has to breathe in this smell which I am not happy about. More

What made Rudy stand out from the pack was that, after a few days, he was the only one who was following up personally and directly; not using templates and mailing lists. Rudy was professional, gracious, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable working with him, and that made for a most pleasant experience.
