The two things that set Braeger apart from the other dealerships was their willingness to find me the car that I wanted, regardless of whether it was on their lot or not, and how open and friendly they were throughout the process. Too often do customers like myself walk into a dealership and feel hunted and pressured every second they are there. Some dealers will even employ tactics to keep you in their dealership for extended periods of time. This was untrue of my experience with Dan Garcia and Braeger in general. Not only did he end up searching and making phone calls over multiple weeks to find the EXACT car that I wanted but he was very respectful of my time and my budget. Kudos to you guys. More

Extremely horrible customer service, stay away I had emailed the dealership about an Explorer I was interested in but didn't have pictures posted. I live over an hour away so wanted to make sure I I had emailed the dealership about an Explorer I was interested in but didn't have pictures posted. I live over an hour away so wanted to make sure I Liked the vehicle before I was going to drive all the way there. Erik emailed me sa8he would take pictures and send them to me. 3 days passed and I never received an email with the pictures. Erik finally emailed9me to tell me he sold the vehicle. This is how Erik and the dealership treats potential customers, I will be making sure to tell everyone to stay clear of this dealership and Erik. More

I could tell it was his goal to make sure I ended up with the vehicle that I wanted, not just push me into one sitting on the lot. I have been to other dealerships where the sales people couldn't answer specific questions about the vehicles and their options, without getting up each time to consult with someone.
