Warranty "replacement" of a block heater harness I was told the block heater wiring harness was replaced (due to a missing cap on the plug). I was told the cap couldn't be ordered as a separate piec I was told the block heater wiring harness was replaced (due to a missing cap on the plug). I was told the cap couldn't be ordered as a separate piece from the entire harness. Only the cap was replaced (which I could have picked up and installed myself in 15 seconds). I know the harness wasn't replaced as it still had road grime and splattered bug residue on it when I picked up my truck. Wonder how much was made from the warranty claim through Ford for 15 seconds of the technician's time? More
