Got to Green Bay had tires looked at 1 tire was shot, should not have passed inspection, bed of truck was filthy, called Alec basically made me feel like I was lying to him. Said “I’m sorry but I’m going should not have passed inspection, bed of truck was filthy, called Alec basically made me feel like I was lying to him. Said “I’m sorry but I’m going to have to trust my guys”. Wasn’t asking for anything, said he would call me back, still waiting. Ordered 4 new tires on my own. One tire was 11/32, two tires at 9/32, 1 tire varied between 6/32 and 4/32, wearing unevenly was shot. Happy with truck, had inspection been legit and replaced tire would have been great experience now wondering where else corners were cut. Guess I’ll find out. More

Recently purchased a Lincoln Aviator, close to $50K. within the first week of receiving it the front brake rotors and pads needed to be replaced. I was assured they were above the 50% mark when I purc within the first week of receiving it the front brake rotors and pads needed to be replaced. I am so happy to be apart of his customer base and also apart of this new beautiful very upscale dealership family. I was in need of an extended warranty for my 2016 Ford F150 Platinum truck. Every other ford dealership I spoke with or have taken my truck in for service made me feel like since I didn't purchase my truck from them, my truck didn't deserve the same respect as those who had purchased from them. I couldn't get true quote for the extended warranty, and my truck would always be mishandled by the service technicians. It's still a Ford product like really! Not at Lake Ford; Daniel Garcia gave me a true instant quote, honored that same quote a month later and made me feel like a valued costumer at Lake Ford. He made me feel like no matter where I had purchased my vehicle from, it was valued too. I want to thank the technicians who inspected my truck for giving it the attention and respect it deserves. Perfect example of how a dealership should look, treat it's costumers and care for the products that they sell and service. You all should hold classes for some of these other unprofessional dealerships. Just Saying.
