Man this has to be the best car buying experience I've ever had, bar none! I have never purchased a vehicle long distance before, but when I couldn't find what I was looking for locally I decided to give ever had, bar none! Lake Ford had exactly what I was looking for and when I inquired about the truck I was interested in, Mike contacted me back almost immediately, on his day off! He went into the dealership and sent me tons of pictures and videos of the truck. He was transparent about everything and went above and beyond to answer any question or concern I might have. Knowing it might take a while to hammer out the details long distance, they allowed be to put a refundable deposit down on the truck so it wouldn't get sold out from under me. We had the loan and sales papers signed in less than 48 hrs and my dream truck was on its way to me in TN! While we were getting that done there were a few minor cosmetic things they took care of without me even asking!!! And to see the work they put into this truck once they got it in before they sold it to was also amazing. They clearly care about selling high quality vehicles and will not knowingly sell you a car that needs work. I know for a fact that none of the cars I have previously purchased from other dealerships were in near as good of condition as the truck Mike helped me purchase. Once the sales papers were signed the truck was on its way to me and I got it within about 3 business days! I never expected as good a car buying experience as this one, especially being out of state. Mike was on top of everything the whole time and really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Lake Ford and Mike to anyone looking for an awesome car buying experience!!! More

I found myself needing to find a very good used car quickly due to being in a hit & run accident that totalled my car :( I walked a few lots and couldn't find anything but then saw an online ad for a v quickly due to being in a hit & run accident that totalled my car :( I walked a few lots and couldn't find anything but then saw an online ad for a very clean 2020 VW @ Lake Ford. I wasn't familiar with this dealership but was very pleasantly surprised when my husband and I went for a test drive. The facility is big and beautiful inside and the people we talked with were all very nice and helpful -especially our salesperson Nathan! He was professional & helpful and available for questions both before and after the sale. Our test ride was a short one- but that was because we arrived an hour before closing time ( they close early here 7pm) but we were able to go through the car thoroughly with Nathan when we picked it up. We found a passenger side cabin light to be out but I was able to come back later in the week to get that replaced which let me experience the service dept- which was also surprisingly beautiful- Louis helped me so quickly & courteously that day. I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from a VW dealership but honestly this has been such a good experience with Lake Ford - I plan to return to Lake for service also. Highly recommend!!! More
