Could not have asked for anything more. I knew exactly what I wanted and Rudy was able to provide a quote to me that morning. After a couple days I contacted Rudy and he was very thorough as I knew exactly what I wanted and Rudy was able to provide a quote to me that morning. After a couple days I contacted Rudy and he was very thorough as far as what he needed for finance and also had the car cleaned and ready to go before we even test drove it. We came in a couple days later to test drive and we were completing the deal. Next was over to finance which Matt did a great job of explaining and after a little negotiation we got the extended warranty. Rudy sat in the car and went over every feature and button or dial. My wife and I were treated very well. We will be using Braeger not only for this purchase but for our two other Fords. More

The worse part was getting there to pick up my car to find it not repaired correctly, and then I was told the damage I noted was there when I brought it in, which it wasn’t. In the end they admitted error and made the repairs. More

Poor Customer Service Quality of work was great and my car looks brand new but customer service was terrible. Three separate occasions I was told someone would call me bac Quality of work was great and my car looks brand new but customer service was terrible. Three separate occasions I was told someone would call me back and no one ever did. My vehicle was quoted to be finished in 9 days and it was not ready for pick up for 15. No one thought to call me when the service was delayed. I called on the day it was supposed to be ready, only to be told they needed 24 more hrs and then 24 hrs turned into 5 days. I finally had to go through my insurance company to get an update, since I could never get through when I called the collision center on the phone. When I did get though I was given no information, or was told I would get a phone call which never came. I was never given a reason why service was so delayed. I was finally informed my car was ready for pick up 3 hours before the collision center closed for the day and had to go another day without my car since it was so last minute. When picking up my car again I was never given an apology or a reason why the service was so delayed. I am happy with the repairs but unfortunately due to terrible customer service I will never bring my car back here. I was very happy with Braeger Ford when I purchased my car last October and was planning on coming back here for all scheduled maintenance and repairs. However, this experience has changed my opinion on the dealership and Ford as a brand in general. More
