Zack was AMAZING! So I went to a number of dealers to just get an idea of what used car I might want. I was there to look at Ford Focus. While looking Zack came out and was super chill with us. He brought keys to a Fusion and asked if we'd like to just sit in it. Loved it. He then asked what was important to me and after telling him he walked over to a car I've never heard of, strange color and I thought to small. I sat in it and fell in love. Drove away with a car I had no intention of buying today. This is a no pressure, no managers hanging over you dealership. I highly recommend then to anyone looking for a new it used car. More

After some testing on my vehicle all is good" Update: I believed that the oil change was not performed because of the condition of the oil filter when I changed it. As it turns out this is an odd quirk with the last of the VW TDI's, I performed 2 oil changes and both times the filter had kind of a twisted been in the car way too long look to it. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. 5 star experience. More

Oil change, check brakes, tires & battery I worked with Chad and he was excellent with providing me information about the needs for my Ford Edge. Apparently my tires were ready to be replaced I worked with Chad and he was excellent with providing me information about the needs for my Ford Edge. Apparently my tires were ready to be replaced as well as my battery. It was a long wait because the tires had to come from a warehouse. Your Service Center is quite comfortable, so the wait was okay because I had time to read. Your staff is very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!!! More
