Great service ... but the one glitch is no emissions testing. I understand that it would jam up the works. But there is that whole thing where people with vehicles ... but the one glitch is no emissions testing. I understand that it would jam up the works. But there is that whole thing where people with vehicles have to comply with the Clean Air Act. Which sucks, because now I have to make a separate trip to a place that does emissions testing. More

Painless I found the dealership through the tru car app. I was contacted by a sales rep(AJ). I was unsure if I would qualify for a loan with my credit history I found the dealership through the tru car app. I was contacted by a sales rep(AJ). I was unsure if I would qualify for a loan with my credit history and expressed that concern with my representative AJ. He told me that he was going to work with my situation and I applied for a loan online. I get a call on that Monday from AJ telling me I was approved for a brand new Fusion. I came in and was on the road in less than an hour in the brand new ride I never thought I could get. Spectacular Sevice. More

AJ has a calming personality and spoke about his experiences with how to best select a car which made me feel a very personal connection to the car buying process. I have sat in a dealership waiting to purchase for hours and AJ gave me as much advice as he could to expedite the process. The staff at Braeger was exceptional. The Finance person I worked with was named Ryan Heine and he explained my paperwork and loan information in a way that was not too overwhelming. There were associates who stuck around to talk with my family and congratulate us on our purchases. Eric Walton and Derick Evans checked in with us while they assisted other customers. They were sure to ask questions like if we were thirsty or if we needed anything while we were waiting for our detail. I TRULY appreciate the consideration and time given to me and my family.
