I got about an even trade in for my 2016 Jeep Renegade, got a new 2019 Ford Ranger XLT Sport with Braeger Ford and John Steele are Great to work with. I got about an even trade in for my 2016 Jeep Renegade, got a new 2019 Ford Ranger XLT Sport with 3.9% financing. I also added options: spray on bed liner, soft cover, and side steps, in which I wasn't charged labor cost. Great service I purchased a new Ford Escape last year from Hiller Ford. This past week my power steering went out (with less than 15k miles on the car :( ) making i I purchased a new Ford Escape last year from Hiller Ford. This past week my power steering went out (with less than 15k miles on the car :( ) making it virtually un-drivable. I first reached out to Hiller in which they said they would be a minimum of a week and a half before they could take a look, and would not give me a loner in the meantime. Not the service I expect from a place I just bought a car from. I called Braeger and although there were no available appointments at that time, they said drop it off the next morning and we’ll get to it when we can that day. They even offered a shuttle that I could use in the meantime. I dropped it off at 8am and it was fixed by 11am. Needless to say that service has earned my business going forward. A huge thank you to the service team who recognized the urgency and were able to fit me in. Nothing but great things to say! More
