Vary nice and efficient time on painting a truck part for my son’s truck for his birthday. Took only a day to paint and they rapped my parts in bubble wrap so they wouldn’t get scuffed up. Scheduled an oil change for my used 2019 f150, and scheduled transmission diagnostic because yellow wrench icon appeared on dash. Upon arrival I was told they could do my oil change but I would have scheduled transmission diagnostic because yellow wrench icon appeared on dash. Upon arrival I was told they could do my oil change but I would have to reschedule to have diagnostic services done. This is my 2nd attempt at having my transmission fixed, I feel as if the dealer will not do anything until I have to tow it in. Then, When I got my truck back after the oil change, the radio antenna was gone. This is my 3rd visit to lake ford and each time has been a disappointment. More
