There service department sucks When you bring a truck in for service you expect your truck to be fixed. There's service writer Joel is a lying sack of s***. I brought my truck back 4 times for the same issues he kept telling me there's nothing wrong with my truck when I can't start my truck there's a problem. And then when you call in to tell him that the problem done and that they need to send a service technician down to verify that I'm telling the truth he doesn't return your call. This place would be a helluva lot better without Joel. More
SERVICE SUCKS!!! I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS A RECALL AND SOMETHING BENT ON MY LEFT LOWET FRO I DROPPED OFF MY JEEP FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THE NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY CAR HAS A RECALL AND SOMETHING BENT ON MY LEFT LOWET FRONT CONTROL ARM, BUT NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. **NOW 2 WEEKS LATER I PICKED UP MY JEEP BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD THE CHANCE TO CHANGE THE OIL BUT HAVE NOT GOT THE CHANCE TO FIX THE RECALL NOR MY AXEL** TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN BUSINESS! Horrible, dishonest dealer This was the third time going to the dealer. Shame on me for going back. First time, we went back and forth and we did not come to an agreement on This was the third time going to the dealer. Shame on me for going back. First time, we went back and forth and we did not come to an agreement on the price, so we left. NO Problem! Three days later they called us and said come on in we will work out a deal. We went back and they were trying to give us a different car and lying to us saying it was the same one. I left super upset, that they thought we were stupid and not going to find out. Third and last time we went back this weekend because they had the car we wanted in the newspaper, on sale for Labor Day. It was on sale for $24,500 including numerous rebates. We went in and they seemed eager to sell, and they said yes we still have the car on sale and lets work something out. We filled out an application and once they saw our credit and how much we made they were super pushy about financing with them, when we were already preapproved by our bank. They told us that the ad in the newspaper was a misprint and they could not give us that price. They also said that some of the rebates had expired. WHAT, HELLO, THE AD JUST CAME OUT THAT MORNING! But if we went with them for financing they might be able to do something. OMG, they are horrible! They lie, they think they can trick people. They are not honest. Nick, is a young puppet, he tells you what they tell him. Ron is trying to swindle people out of any deal. Its never a straight answer. However JD or JB or whatever his name is was the worst. He treats you like your are stupid and tries to confuse you with his stupid explanations. Never a straight answer and pushy as xxxx. I am warning all of you, stay away from this dealer. They are not honest. I don’t know how they stay in business with people like that. I am not giving my money to people like that. I hope the owner of this dealership knows what horrible service they are giving the working folks like myself. More
Fraudulent Dealership I am granting a poor review for 2 reasons: 1) Suspicious dealership relations with fraudulent insurance brokers 2) Inhumane business practice of Pau I am granting a poor review for 2 reasons: 1) Suspicious dealership relations with fraudulent insurance brokers 2) Inhumane business practice of Paul (Sales Manager) 1) I purchased a Jeep Wrangler in March 2015 by salesman Cameron Cole who provided me contact information for a "buddy" insurance broker at time of final transaction. This broker charged my credit card for Metlife car insurance and gave me an insurance card with policy number. 1 month later I called Metlife to inquire about monthly payment and they informed me that the policy number does not exist and they are unaware of this insurance broker. 2) At time of final sales transaction for purchase of the Jeep Wrangler, I was verbally granted 2 years of free oil changes. I verbally confirmed this deal with Cameron (salesman) and Joel (Finance Manager) and asked for verification that this deal was placed in their system to which they both responded "yes". At time of first oil change, I was told by the service dept that my free oil changes are not in the system. I went to Paul (sales manager) and informed him of this situation, and he without bothering to look it up responded "You don't have a contract for free oil changes". I asked him to consult Cameron and Joel who promised me this deal and he replied simply with "They answer to me". I found the hard copy of my 2 year free oil change contract and presented it to the dealership finally acknowledging the deal. This place is unjust. Don't do business with them. Fair warning. More
