I knew what car I wanted the minute I walked into each dealer, and Hans and Matthew were the only ones committed to selling me the car I wanted and not trying to move me into a car that fit their interest better. Real refreshing compared to the other two bait-and-switch dealers. Hans and I were able to get a deal done fairly quickly and we had a little fun in the process. During my visit, the entire staff was friendly and engaging. Company has lack of integrity I received a popup from this company online indicating that I would receive a $50 gift card if I test drove a Pacifica. I responded and someone from t I received a popup from this company online indicating that I would receive a $50 gift card if I test drove a Pacifica. I responded and someone from the dealership called me to set up the appointment. I loved the car and had already gotten 2 Preapprovals to buy it. When I asked about the gift card and gave them the certificate, they told me that they knew nothing about the gift card but they would take my $30,100 for the car and I could call the company who sent it to me. The same company who sent it to me was the same company that gave them my Name, email address and phone number. No thank You I will spend my money where people honor their word. More
