Just kind people who get work done in a timely manner. Chris was helping us the entire time, even when we were still at the other dealership. Once we arrived, he already had everything ready to go. BUYER BEWARE Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler in December. The check engine light came on the next day. After three months of checking the vehicle they FINALLY found out the the gas tank was cracked and a fan was inoperative. I had to pay $2,500 to fix, even though the problems were existent the day of purchase. No help from service or corporate. BUYER BEWARE. More

Back in February I leased a Ram 1500 Big Horn Night Edition. While working the deal, I was told about the equipment on the truck and one feature was power folding mirrors. By the time we were done making the deal and I took delivery it was very late, so arrangements were made to meet at a later time to go over everything on the truck. Well the next morning I was looking for the button to fold in my mirrors and I could not find it. I looked for my window sticker and I was not provided with the sticker and it was not affixed to the window or anywhere in the vehicle as required by law. So I contacted my salesman, Jose and he emails the window sticker and again confirms the power folding mirrors were on the vehicle. I was promised they would look into this and take care of it for me. It's almost June and I still do not have the power folding mirrors that I was told came on my truck. I reached out to Ram and much like this useless dealer they did nothing to remedy this problem. Bottom line, I can live without power folding mirrors or another Ram product. The mirrors would be a nice convenience but not having them is not the end of the world. What I can't stand is to be lied to and pay for a feature that isn't even on the vehicle. Not only will I never spend another dollar at this useless dealer, i will never purchase or lease another Ram product. It is very sad that a company feels they can throw away customers like trash rather than valuing the people who keep them in business. More

I had to take my truck into the service department to have a a part replaced so that my truck would pass smog. We were on a tight deadline and thankfully, I was able to get in right away! Brought my truck to this dealership for 2 reasons in which they called me up and told me they repair the problem but when I tried to come and pick up my truck that they claim those ready they would not which they called me up and told me they repair the problem but when I tried to come and pick up my truck that they claim those ready they would not release my flag because my service person was not available 2 days later they call me up and said they found something else wrong with my truck when they took it for a test drive After telling me that they test drove the vehicle several times and found nothing I told them I could not afford this extra $450 they wanted to charge me to diagnose my vehicle They did this after closing out the order the 1st order that the warranty pay for I told them I cannot afford it they told me they would call me back after speaking to the warranty company never called me back but went on ahead without my permission and broke down my truck and charged me anyway for all the diagnostic and fees to fix it The manager is such a bully I have recordings how he spoke to me the last 3 weeks and especially to day telling me that I better come and pay for my truck he closed out the whole work order to prevent the corporation who agreed to pay for my truck he closed it out so that they couldn't They said all they can offer me was reimbursement because a how he closed it out I have a recording from him saying he close it out because he did not have time for them to be investigating the last repairs that they made and that the payment would take too long to go through I am now posting it on YouTube so that I can advertise how I was treated More
