Unworthy of even a one star review! I have owned nine Dodge/Jeep/Rams in my lifetime.... most of which were purchased from and serviced at Lake Elsinore CDJR. Never before had I been I have owned nine Dodge/Jeep/Rams in my lifetime.... most of which were purchased from and serviced at Lake Elsinore CDJR. Never before had I been treated with such unprofessionalism as with my current experience with the service department. In June, I had an oil change and tire rotation completed to my satisfaction. At that time, I inquired about a recent recall on my Ram 1500 (seatbelt related). I was told the part was not yet available and that I should call back in a couple weeks. I called and made an appointment to have the recall attended to on June 27th. On that date I dropped off my vehicle. The part was not ordered for another nine days on July 5th. At that time I was told my vehicle would be ready on July 14th. Through the 14th I had not received a call about the vehicle. As a matter of fact, I called multiple times and no one is able to find any associate (not even Nathan Howard, the associate assigned to my vehicle) familiar with my service request leading me to the impression no one at the dealership knew where my vehicle was. Lake Elsinore CDJR retained my vehicle for 22 days to complete a service scheduled for June 27th. Many phone calls went unanswered. Appointments to have calls returned were missed. Service Manager Don Palmer finally called me back following my email to the dealership’s General Manager. In addition, when I dropped off the vehicle on June 27th, I also asked that my cruise control be attended to. The service department assured me that it was covered under warranty and that I would be responsible for the $100 deductible. Nathan Howard called me a few days later and told me the cruise control service would be some figure over $600 and that it was not covered under any warranty. I refused service on the cruise control and was told I would be responsible for the $185 diagnostic fee. I reminded Nathan I would have never asked for the diagnosis had I known none of it was covered under warranty. My vehicle was picked up on July 18th. The service department is unworthy of even a one star review. When my vehicle was finally delivered, it was completely filthy. Even seeing through the windshield was difficult. Is this how Lake Elsinore CDJR makes their customer a priority? No attention to any detail or customer satisfaction was attempted. Ironically, as I was waiting to pick up my vehicle, another gentleman was dealing with the same issue with another service associate. I’m still waiting for the dealership General Manager, Mike Gherardi, to respond to my email that directed specific questions to him personally. I will not be returning to this dealership and, instead, drive the extra mileage to go to a dealership in Temecula. More

Went on there website put my information never got a call from dealership. Called following day talk to salesman on Jeep Wrangler that in stock . Sad part a close friend of mine that has worked on these guys car dealership wrapping there high end cars recommend them to me.I never once got call back bad business from these guys, I see why they have bad ratings and from what there doing advertising a price on a vehicle and giving a different price to consumers is a red flag .I highly don’t recommend anyone to give these guys a chance especially they a small stealership and have don’t care for customers. Took my wife 2019 ram 1500 truck with 38,917 miles on it and took in for a check engine light and running rough. In this process i called ram corporate and talked and started a case. Got the truck back today 1/21/22 a day after promised. tonight, got a call from Haley from corporate and was very nice and said it should have been ran under the power train part of the warranty. they are sending the $100 back to me and going to talked to this dealer about how they are running thing. if i was any one i would not take anything to this dealer for repairs or warranty problems because they do not now their system on how to proses claims. The sales and financial departments are awesome especially Chris in sales. On the other hand the Managment led by Michael , Alex and Don are terrible. I had technical issues with my new lease with incredibly poor communication and support. It’s a great place to buy or lease , just use a different service center and don’t expect empathy from management at all More
Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I bought a "certified " used dodge truck from them. Brought it home that day, next day had a dead battery. No lights were left on. When we tried to set up our U connect which is ram's apple car play, we had to take it back to another dealership to get the software updated to its current form. The new dealership said this should have absolutely been covered under certified classification. All three issues I had were checked off from a mechanic. that they were in working order. Also the dealership snuck in a 5K dollar warranty that I did not agree on. I bought the truck in July this year. It's currently almost November and still no one has returned any of my calls or emails regarding these issues. DO NOT GO HERE!! horrible business Horrible customer service. More
Bought a new 2021 Jeep. The dealership gets two stars because John, the person who purchased my vehicle through Kelly Blue Book was amazing, however it all went downhill after that. We spent five hours in the dealership, by the time we made it to the finance department we were rushed due to an appointment we needed to get to. We noticed a $2900 “accessories “ charge that had not been previously discussed. The finance person didn’t know nor could explain what is was for. We regrettably signed the papers with the assurance it would be looked into and we would be notified. We are well in to week two of our purchase. We have called everyone we could think of and are continuing to get vague responses or no response at all. I guess we just lost $2900. Secondly on day two, the 4wd service light comes on, we take it in, they tell us it was a computer error land say the car is great. Another couple of days, the light comes on again, this time they have the car for 2 and 1/2 days, computer error again… mmmm… I give… just go somewhere else! Worst experience ever!!! More

I dropped my Jeep off on June 4th 3 weeks ago I would like to warn everyone about taking their Jeep or any vehicle to Lake Elsinore Jeep and Dodge. I dropped my Jeep off on June 4th 2021 to a service member named “Nick” for a simple break job and a couple PM’s without worry as it’s a dealership vs a local shop and boy have I been disappointed. First- They held my Jeep for nearly two weeks without even as much as a return call from Nick or the service team. So I finally drove to the dealership to get answers from someone and my response received was “we’re sorry we’ve been swamped sir but we’ll get it done for you by Tuesday (Already two weeks in their possession) I was a bit frustrated and confused as to why it was taking so long for a simple service. Well then Tuesday came and went without follow up from Nick or the service team. So that Thursday I return to the service department and I’m told I’m sorry sir I’ll get it done by tomorrow at 4pm. So I picked my Jeep Friday and paid thousands of dollars in cash for the work completed and while “Nick” was giving me my change he says “I’m going to give you my favorite “Hitler quarter” because you’ve been so patient and I was shocked by his racial comments and disgusting humor because the quarter had a small dot located under the nose on the quarter……. Again stunned I just wanted my keys and wanted to take my Jeep home after weeks of not having it. I then drive to my home in Lake Elsinore only to pull into my driveway with smoke pouring out of the back wheels!! (4 mile drive) after I got the small fire and smoke to stop pouring out I called Nick and sent him videos and he says we’ll fix whatever we have done. I decided to check on the oil change and found it was next conducted but I was charged, my breaks were not replaced properly causing them to lock up hence the smoke and fire from driving down the highway home. When I return the next day to have it fixed Nick and I found where I was charged for work NOT COMPLETED AND THE COMPLETED WASN’T done properly. So again I leave my Jeep with the Nick that enjoys his racial jokes and again says we will fix everything at “No Charge” and I said I’d xxxx sure hope so!! He then says he’ll throw in a car wash at which time I had to leave because his customer service was boiling my blood. So again Nick has my Jeep and I’m told it will be repaired by Tuesday…….. So Tuesday June 22nd 2021 came and went without a call from “Nick” yet again, not Wednesday and then on Thursday no Nick so I call until I get Nick and he says tomorrow we’ll have your Jeep repaired from what they created and well came and no Nick again……… So I call Nick serval times only to have him ignore my call to avoid owning his poor service and his continued lies. I then decided after Nick pushes me straight to voicemail I merely text him and requested my Jeep to be picked up and I would be taking it to another location to find out what damage they have caused to my Jeep and I would be going to his boss going forward and he texts all the sudden and says “ I am in the office tomorrow I will wrap up the Jeep for you by 1:00 I apologize for not getting you wrapt up today please bare with me until tomorrow I will make good by then “ And guess what today June 26th 2021 they still have my Jeep which I’ve paid in full thousands of dollars for work not complete, paid a monthly car payment for a Jeep I haven’t been able to drive as Nick and team have had my Jeep for almost a month for a simple break job, oil change, tune up and replacement of upper and lower hoses. Nick has terrible customer service and more importantly make racial jokes to his customers that are Jewish and that is disgusting 🤮. I will make sure everyone knows this behavior and poor performance is a direct reflection of Lake Elsinore Jeep / Dodge. Save yourself the problems and racial behavior and take your vehicle elsewhere!!! So as an update. 7/10/2021 After several concerns about having this dealership continue to work on my Jeep any longer I allowed Mark Monell to talk me into fixing what they have done to my vehicle. They agreed to fix everything free of charge and they even gave me my money back as a sign of apology or acceptance of their damage they caused to my Jeep or so I thought. I trusted Mark and left my Jeep in their possession for yet another week while I was out of town on business and when I returned home I was told yet again I couldn’t have my Jeep back because they were finishing up a few things. I was again frustrated and asked to just put my Jeep back together and let me take my Jeep home and that’s when Mark asked me to please come talk to him privately in his office. I sat down to talk with Mark and it became very clear he wanted me to remove this review followed by several comments about what he was going to do about his service guy Mark. I just told Mark “Look I’m happy to pay you for whatever work you’ve done to my Jeep but now it’s going on 40 days and I just want my Jeep back and I do not want to come back to this dealership and deal with his people any longer”. Mark informed me “he is kind of a control freak and wants to see this get fixed” all sounded great until I was again leaving his dealership after 40 days and my Jeep is still in pieces waiting to be put back together and his guy can drive it some more. When his guy returned to the shop he said he wanted to do something else and Mark asks to keep the Jeep yet another week. When I refused to take down the review of the racist behavior and the fact of being charged for services never completed all the sudden I’m now being told I have a major engine problem that was never there prior, not in their reports, not mentioned in the prior 40 days and not on any of the paperwork I was given. The paperwork gave my Jeep perfect review. I told Mark at that moment to not to touch my Jeep again and have it ready to be picked up by the first available tow truck at my own expense of $200. I was able to get my Jeep towed to my home where when it arrived has a check engine light on that wants there prior and someone’s trash in my Jeep. I’m not sure what else to say but I want everyone to know to save yourself the trouble and take your valuable loved Jeep, car or trucks to someone else. If you are like me and choose Jeep dealerships despite pricing because of the quality of the service we’ll this place doesn’t live up to the standard we deserve when doing PM’s to our Rigs. If you hate racist comments and bullishness behavior more than terrible customer service then please choose somewhere other than Lake Elsinore Jeep & Dodge. Update: 7/18/2021 I’ve yet to hear back from Mark or anyone at this dealership as I’ve requested a detailed list of everything they have worked on while having my Jeep for 40 days and nothing. I’ve asked for the contact information of ownership so as a lost customer the ownership deserves to know what is going on in the back of the house in their organization. Mark has tried to throw in my face he loaned me a $67k Jeep for the last few weeks as if I can’t afford this vehicle myself which is just another example of Mark and his professionalism. When you damage someone’s vehicle you should give them a loaner Mark!!! I’ll point out they have yet to pick up their Jeep loner that continues to take up space in my driveway. Mark, If you’re reading this just do the right thing and allow me to speak with your ownership and own this problems you have at your dealership. Serv advisors all hate thier jobs and cry that they inherent problems then don't resolve anything. Mechanics make mediocre repairs that you have to catch before you leave because if you call them even within minutes within an issue they act start whining about not being responsible and how they have alot on thier plate. Horrible mgmt that dont know how to pick up a phone and dial a number back. Absolutely incompetent and disrespectful. I bet even with this they will say that they will work to resolve issue but no one will actually followup and I'll still have a brand new 2021 joke of a vehicle. Never buy dodge again and never from this crappy company. Even the owner does not care. Sad. More
