Very disappointed in the service. Was told WHEN I dropped off 48-72 hours to just diagnose. It actually took an entire week. 7 days to get a diagnose. I was then told 2 day for parts. And from there 4 days to get repaired. The receipt shows labor was under 12 hours. I was called at 5pm on Friday it was complete and she would send to get washed for pick up in the am. I couldn't pick up till Monday morning at 10. I arrived for pick up. And took 20 minutes to find keys and guess what? It wasn't washed. They apologized and I wasn't going to wait another 20 min for a wash with 3 kids there waiting. Will not return to this dealer. More

Vehicle was brought in for several issues one being a recall it was brought in on July 14th and not returned Tell October 6. Got to the point where we had to contact our corporate office pedder I'm Hemet at 951492400. Blasted an email to all the CEO's and directors and directors that was the only way we got someone to call us back immediately and reach out to the dealer directly.. Tim at the corporate office did an excellent job reaching out to the service manager in the general manager and resolved it for us within a week in a week it's unfortunate that this dealership lacks dealership locks respect and professionalism and their delay is extreme to the point that we had to wait almost 3 months.
