The online chatbot for making service appointments does not work. I made an appointment Thursday AM for a noon appointment on Friday, but when I checked in, I was told there was no reservation in my name, not work. I made an appointment Thursday AM for a noon appointment on Friday, but when I checked in, I was told there was no reservation in my name, and because it was approaching noon, all the techs would be going to lunch, so it would take at least an hour and a half to do a 30 minute oil change. Next, I inquired about the cost of the oil change and was told it would be $99! When I protested that pricing the service rep (Logan) did offer a discount to bring the charge more in line with competitors, but that shouldn't be necessary for a returning customer. Logan was always courteous and professional. He arranged for an Uber ride home so I wouldn't have to wait 1.5 - 2 hours for the oil change and called when the work was done, so I have no issues with his performance. I've had issues with the way things are run in the service department ever since the ownership change a couple years ago. When it comes time for the next car, it's unlikely we'll be buying it here. My service advisor Tony was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The Uber service offered was fast and a nice replacement for the old shuttle service. Went in for a recall fix but had to debate with Rep on recall requirements. I specifically asked her if she was familiar with this recall requirements and was told yes. But when I asked about the loaner/r recall requirements. I specifically asked her if she was familiar with this recall requirements and was told yes. But when I asked about the loaner/rental and gas fillup (which are clearly stated in recall fix), I was told “no. They don’t do that”. After debating back and forth for a few minutes, she asked her colleague (I assume supervisor) if they are supposed to provide these, and he stated “yes. It’s all in the recall papers.” I didn’t like having to argue about the terms stated in the recall, and they haven’t finished the recall process yet, but so far it’s been only “ok”. I’m still waiting for them to finish. I dropped off the van, got the rental and waited the quoted 3 days. At end of 3 days, was told that due to the need for the battery temperature to be at least 60 degrees in order for my battery to be tested , the recall cannot be finished yet. I have my van back, but I’m waiting to see if it’s going to catch fire spontaneously (what the recall was about). Too bad they can’t figure out how to run the test sooner (in the service building or with some heaters?) so I can stop worrying about my van catching fire. I wonder how the dealerships with snow do it? Anyway, I will see how the actual recall fix goes on the van when it finally gets done. Hopefully I can update. More

Honestly the best service I’ve received in a while. I did however have to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, but they provided an Uber for me to finish my errands. I did however have to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, but they provided an Uber for me to finish my errands. More
