Logan was our service advisor, and he was just amazing! He’s so knowledgeable and very good at listening to my questions about my Jeep’s service needs. The online chatbot for making service appointments does not work. I made an appointment Thursday AM for a noon appointment on Friday, but when I checked in, I was told there was no reservation in my name, not work. I made an appointment Thursday AM for a noon appointment on Friday, but when I checked in, I was told there was no reservation in my name, and because it was approaching noon, all the techs would be going to lunch, so it would take at least an hour and a half to do a 30 minute oil change. Next, I inquired about the cost of the oil change and was told it would be $99! When I protested that pricing the service rep (Logan) did offer a discount to bring the charge more in line with competitors, but that shouldn't be necessary for a returning customer. Logan was always courteous and professional. He arranged for an Uber ride home so I wouldn't have to wait 1.5 - 2 hours for the oil change and called when the work was done, so I have no issues with his performance. I've had issues with the way things are run in the service department ever since the ownership change a couple years ago. When it comes time for the next car, it's unlikely we'll be buying it here.
