Description of Complaint: On Tuesday 2/20/23 we brought in our Jeep due to an error message on my dash that my right taillight and turn signal are not working. Our service advisor, Adrian Reyna, was not ab in our Jeep due to an error message on my dash that my right taillight and turn signal are not working. Our service advisor, Adrian Reyna, was not able to see the error message in his computer system showing any codes. I explained to him that the error message would appear after driving the car a few miles. I suggested he test drive the car so he can see the issue as I observes it every time I drive the car. He told us that he drove it in your parking lot and the message did not come on. He did not visually verify the problem by checking that the break and turn signal light did not work. Because this error did not register in his system he said no work can be done. I left the dealership and with in a minute the error message came on. They had my car 4 days and never bothered to properly assist the issue. I have now brought the car in 4 times to have this taken care of and it is still malfunctioning. I asked Adrian if he would drive his car like this and his comment was that it was just a taillight. I believe this a inconsiderate and unprofessional comment I feel I am at risk of a rear collision due to no turn signal or break light. I am also at risk of getting a fix-it” ticket I would suggest you not take your vehicle to this deslership. If My Jeep was not still under warranty I would definitely not be taking my car to them. I took my truck to get a check engine light resolved and upon paying for the repair $250, the light came on the next day. I took it again and it was something else. I had to pay an additional $200. In my opinion I don’t believe it was repaired correctly the first time. This has NEVER happened to me before at different dealers. More
