Before the contract was signed, the people were polite and appeared to be honest with everything. But, as the sales and the finance people had gone from great to something as if you no longer matter to th and appeared to be honest with everything. Other than the emails, Jeffery was not involved. I am totally sick of dealerships, I get that they want to make money.
