I was promised all kinds of things as long as I would come down to the dealership that day and buy the car. Based on all the information that they gave me I decided to drive two hours to Lake Elsinore to buy the truck. When I got there there was only one key for the truck, they didn’t know the code for the door like they told me that they would find out. The inside door molding was hanging off, the fog light was hanging off on the driver side. The driver side seat doesn’t recline. And this is a 2021 truck with low miles. So they obviously lied about a lot of things just to get me down there. The interest rate was two points higher than they promised it would be. They told me that they would remedy all of that ASAP and nothing has been taken care of so far. More
