It’s just a cash grab, $200 to look at per issue? Another $1,400 to actually tear down and do a visual??? No wonder people hate bringing their cars to dealers!! My Service Rep Taylor was friendly and helpful. Although, communication was not what I expected! I had to reach out daily to inquire about the status/progress instead of the other way around. My ex Although, communication was not what I expected! I had to reach out daily to inquire about the status/progress instead of the other way around. My expectation is if a vehicle will be in the service dept. for more than a day that the customer be contacted daily with an update. Keeping the customer caught up on the progress is a must. The Service Manager Tony was also friendly and helpful when I spoke to him in person. Although, I emailed him twice and left a phone message (separate days) and never got an email or call back. The Service Dept. facility layout is not welcoming, nor clear to the customer of it's location. A service concierge, waiting area and clear signage would have made a huge difference. I appreciated the gesture and action of a courtesy car wash! Although, my car was cleaner before the car wash. The car wash I received was just spraying the car down and wiping/drying it which just smeared dust/dirt all over. Lots of dried mineral water spots too. I had to rewash the car when I got home. Again thank you for the courtesy car wash, but next time ask before washing please. If the above stated was resolved I would have given a 5 star rating. However, my car issue was figured out and fixed, so thank you to Taylor, Tony and the repair tech crew for making this happen. More
