This has to be the worst dealership in SoCaL. First when I bought my 2019 RAM 2500 Diesel the ran my credit 8 times. My credit was at 770, so there was no reason for it. Chrysler picked up the lo First when I bought my 2019 RAM 2500 Diesel the ran my credit 8 times. My credit was at 770, so there was no reason for it. Chrysler picked up the loan anyways. I had to take it in for the diesel pump failure RECALL. That cost me $772 dollars. It's a recall dammit. The second issue I had was not even looked at. I have a parasitic-drain on the batteries. They told me they had to replace both batteries before they can test anything. I told them both batteries were new. That didn't matter to them. Their "technician" wanted to start with new batteries. I told them to put it on a charger and start the testing. Nope, that wouldn't work for some reason. I told them to just fix the recalls on the truck, 3 in total. Fixed one and didn't touch the others. More

Dealer fixed a diesel particulate filter issue due to the lack of a replacement high pressure fuel pump under recall. They are friendly and courteous and handled the issue promptly.
