This has to be the worst dealership in SoCaL. First when I bought my 2019 RAM 2500 Diesel the ran my credit 8 times. My credit was at 770, so there was no reason for it. I had to take it in for the diesel pump failure RECALL. That cost me $772 dollars. It's a recall dammit. The second issue I had was not even looked at. I have a parasitic-drain on the batteries. They told me they had to replace both batteries before they can test anything. I told them both batteries were new. That didn't matter to them. Their "technician" wanted to start with new batteries. I told them to put it on a charger and start the testing. Nope, that wouldn't work for some reason. I told them to just fix the recalls on the truck, 3 in total. Fixed one and didn't touch the others. More
My experience was awful. Anthony was terrible at communicating with me and I swore I’d never use the service department at Lake Elsinore again. He never returned my phone calls and the number they had on file was a number that I have never used in my life and it was certainly not the one I provided them with or the one that I routinely called them with. I spent hours on hold, not knowing when I’d get my car back. I was working way too hard to communicate with the service department, and I was going days without knowing what was happening with my car. I completely understood that the repairs needed time; I just needed basic communication to monitor the situation as well as my expectations. However, they fired Anthony right before my car was ready. The new guy was really nice and he completely understood my frustration. He also told me that my situation was standard for Anthony’s customers, so I hope things will get better. Unfortunately, the new guy was hired the day that I came to pickup my car, so I don’t have any information about the improvement that the department has made since. More
